How Is CFHomes Different from Other DC Homebuyer Programs?

Did you know that with City First Homes, you don't need to be a current DC resident to use the program?  If you currently live in Virginia or Maryland or any other state, you are welcome to use the program.

Did you know that you can wrap your closing costs into the $75,000 down payment assistance, eliminating those funds from being needed in your purchase
Did you know that CFHomes offers a fixed amount of $75,000 in Down Payment Assistance to everyone who qualifies?  
Did you know that with City First Homes, you don't need to be a first-time homebuyer to use the program?  If you've owned a home in the near past, you can still participate.
Did you know that maximum income for a household of 1 is $89,124; maximum income for household of 2 is $101,856; maximum income for household of 3 is $114,588; maximum income for household of 4 is $127,320?
Did you know that CFHomes does not have a maximum home price limit? You can purchase any home you are pre-approved for.
Did you know that with CFHomes, you can live in your home for as short or as long a period of time as you like

Note that housing programs in DC have varying requirements, some overlapping with ours.
