CFHomes Is a Model for Texas

PeopleTrust, a shared-appreciation housing trust in Austin, Texas, mention City First Homes as an example they looked to when creating their organization!  We're honored that they mentioned us.

Q: Is there a program out there that you turn to as an example?

PeopleTrust: Early on, when we were deciding how to structure PeopleTrust with respect to PeopleFund, our parent organization, we looked a lot at CityFirst Bank and CityFirst Homes in D.C.


And we're excited about and inspired by the great work PeopleTrust are doing in Texas. It's also great that the shared-appreciation model is becoming popular across the country.
