Join us! This Saturday, May 21 from 1-2 PM - City First Homes Homebuyer Lunch Seminar

Are you intrigued by the City First Homes program but have lots of burning questions about shared appreciation? Have you been thinking about buying a home, but feel confused about certain issues - for instance, what is PMI and what is the purpose of a homeowner insurance? Or are you a beginner who doesn't know the first thing about buying a home?

This Saturday, come on over to our 1-hour, detailed and engaging City First Homes Homebuyer Lunch Seminar!  Our staff will provide an easy-to-understand, comprehensive explanation of our DC government-launched affordable housing program, describe the application process, and compare our program to other home purchasing options in the District, and we will be serving lunch. You will leave with a complete understanding of City First Homes and the ability to compare it to other options and see if it's right for you.  Afterwards, talk with staff one-on-one with your questions. The seminar is from this Saturday at 1-2 PM near the Petworth Metro station - for location and directions, click here.

City First Homes was created by the DC government in order to make homeownership more affordable.  Join us this Saturday to see how the program helps homebuyers, and whether it could work for you.  If the program feels right for you, it may end up being the most helpful one-hour you ever spend!

Again, the session is this Saturday from 1-2 PM near the Petworth Metro - for more information on the location, please click here.

If you'd like to RSVP, send an e-mail to jyothi@cfhomes.org and we'll save you a spot.
