Or are you a beginner who doesn't know the first thing about buying a home?

This Saturday, come on over to our 1-hour, detailed and engaging City First Homes Homebuyer Lunch Seminar!  Our staff will provide an easy-to-understand, comprehensive explanation of our DC government-launched affordable housing program, describe the application process, and compare our program to other home purchasing options in the District, and we will be serving lunch. You will leave with a complete understanding of City First Homes and the ability to compare it to other options and see if it's right for you.  Afterwards, talk with staff one-on-one with your questions.
